Recording & Mixing
Approach
We prefer to not use a click and have got the best results from recording live then overdubbing vocals and any extra guitars & percussion etc. We are focused on capturing the vibe and nuances of people playing in the same room together but can multitrack if thats how you’d rather work.
We record and mix in Pro Tools through UAD Unison pre-amps. The studio is virtual analogue - meaning we can capture and mix audio with all the colour and character of vintage analogue gear without the faff and hiss.
Costs
We are normally able to record, mix and master a 3 or 4 tracks in 2 or 3 days depending on how complex the lineup is and how many overdubs are needed.

Producer
extra £400 a day
